The core of our work is generated via two main channels, repeat business from our valued customers, and through the strong relationships we have built over time with other professionals in the construction industry.

Be it Architects, Interior Designers, or Surveyors; these associates that we have developed trusting relationships with over many years often facilitate introductions to new and potential clients. We also have many of our previous clients that return to us project after project due to the trust and bond developed between us during the extremely personal process of undertaking a building project.

This is something we are extremely proud of and forms the basis of our philosophy as a company. We understand that undertaking any project to your home is a huge commitment both financially and emotionally, and our years of experience in the high-end residential sector enables us to be sensitive to this and guide you through that journey.

An example of this comes from a recently completed project, a multi-million pound renovation venture for a repeat client of ours. This client previously owned a beautiful estate in the Cotswolds, where Leckhampton Builders spent a significant amount of time converting and restoring the various outbuildings over multiple phases of work.

The new owners of that aforementioned estate have also now engaged us to carry out a significant programme of restoration and renovation works to the main Manor House. This project has come to us because of the recommendation from the previous owner and Architect, but also as a direct result of the preceding work to the outbuildings. The new owners have been able to see first-hand the quality of our workmanship. This is the best form of advertising for us and pays homage to our great team.
