Apprenticeships

As a family-run business with a proud heritage and a strong sense of community, we’re pleased to offer apprenticeship opportunities to school leavers who are eager to learn and build a future in the industry.

Apprenticeships are available within both our Building and Joinery divisions, providing hands-on experience and real-time learning alongside our team of experienced professionals. From day one, apprentices become part of the Leckhampton family, gaining invaluable practical skills, insight,and guidance in a supportive environment. Many of our former apprentices have gone on to take up full-time roles within the company, building lasting careers with us.
