This contract dates back some time and initially involved the restoration of a large country property in eastern Gloucestershire. Restoration in this case involved gutting the interior of the property completely and replacing interior partitions and structural walls.

Likewise the stonework to the exterior of the building required major work with structural members needing replacement and rebuilding of retaining walls for example. Sometime after the initial works, the client contracted Leckhampton Builders to convert a disused barn into a children's theatre.
